We had really heavy rain and noticed a wet spot on the ceilingleak in the roof. There was more heavy rain forecasted later that week. We made an appt with World Class Maintenence, they came out the next day and gave us a reasonable quote. More

We had them remove an old bathroom ceiling heating element and then install a new ceiling vent in a different location and also install a light fixture over the tub. After the electrical work, they then repaired the plaster ceiling and painted. The owner took personal responsibility for the project and we are satisfied and happy.
